The basket is included in the price and includes bespoke picnic plates made exclusively for Wiltons by Wedgewood. Baskets are also available for hire with our food.

Classic seafood picnic £350 for 2 and £600 for 4

Wild smoked Scottish salmon, marinated fresh salmon, chilled lobster, dressed Cornish crab, potted shrimps, classic potato salad, leaf salad, seasonal fruit, home made carrot cake, Keens cheddar & stilton, country bread, Wiltons Champagne and Wiltons white Burgundy.

Spring picnic £350 for 2 and £600 for 4

Wild smoked salmon, Scottish langoustines, chilled lobster, potato salad, rice and mint salad, cherry tomato and tarragon salad, English asparagus, marinated spring lamb, rhubarb trifle, gingerbread, Cornish yarg and Oxford blue, country bread, Wiltons Champagne and Wiltons  Red Burgundy.

Summer picnic £350 for 2 and £600 for 4

Chilled cucumber and mint soup, smoked eel, poached wild salmon, cucumber salad, summer vegetable salad, mixed leaves and radishes, smoked duck, York ham, seasonal berries with vanilla, Madeira cake, goat’s cheese and fruit jellies, country bread, Wiltons Champagne and Wiltons White Burgundy.

Autumn picnic £350 for 2 and £600 for 4

Pheasant soup, smoked mackerel, wild Scottish smoked salmon, Waldorf salad, potato and bacon salad, Scotch eggs, cold roast grouse, game pie, Victoria sponge, rum and date cake, Keens cheddar & stilton, country bread, Wiltons Champagne and Wiltons Claret.

Winter picnic £375 for 2 £625 for 4

Marinated salmon, smoked salmon and quails egg, potted shrimps, celeriac salad, coleslaw, foie gras with fruit chutney, coronation turkey, roast Angus beef, walnut fruit cake, poached pear in mulled wine, truckle cheddar & Shropshire blue, country bread, Wiltons Champagne, Wiltons Claret and Wiltons LBV Port.
