Oyster Masterclass

Our 90 minute oyster masterclass is the perfect opportunity for the curious, the novice and the aficionado to join us in busting the myths that surround opening and eating oysters. Learn the health benefits and sample a range of oysters from around the British Isles. The Oyster Masterclass is held at 5:30 pm on the first Friday of the month, from September to April, and includes an informal yet informative presentation, a dozen oysters,  a glass of Champagne and two glasses of white wine.
